5 star service from Altaf and the two men who came to install a mirror in my family bath and replaced the cheap shower that the builder installed in the master bath. They did a GREAT job - WOW, what a difference in the weight of the shower door. Nice to see a vendor that delivers quality materials and installation. The installers were courteous and left my rooms clean. I will definitely be recommending Upstate Shower Door and Glass to all of my neighbors in this new development.

Altaf took the time to work closely with us to develop the right solution for a very small space. Lots of calls, text messages, a few trips to the house, all with no complaints, and a great attitude. He kept us updated regularly through the whole process, ordering glass, parts, etc. We are extremely pleased with the door and the installation.
