Great to work with! Always answers the phone or responds back promptly. They did my kitchen backsplash, originally told me they were booked out 2 weeks but he called and said he had a cancellation and could come the next day! Could not be more pleased with how it turned out!

Altaf was great to work with! He offered many different glass samples to choose from for my cabinet inserts. He was very patient and always had a great attitude and works very hard. Very professional, everything from the measuring and quotes process to the installation! After waiting five weeks for my Shower Glass from another company and not getting any information as to my order, I was able to cancel that and connect with Upstate Shower and Glass. What a difference!! Highly recommend them!
