Very professional, everything from the measuring and quotes process to the installation! After waiting five weeks for my Shower Glass from another company and not getting any information as to my order, I was able to cancel that and connect with Upstate Shower and Glass. 5 star service from Altaf and the two men who came to install a mirror in my family bath and replaced the cheap shower that the builder installed in the master bath. They did a GREAT job - WOW, what a difference in the weight of the shower door. Nice to see a vendor that delivers quality materials and installation. The installers were courteous and left my rooms clean. I will definitely be recommending Upstate Shower Door and Glass to all of my neighbors in this new development.
